It's finally here! Chipsurf Pipeline is now available on Compact Disc both on Bandcamp and on our website! Both include a digital download of the album, though we hope folks will take the actual CD for a spin! While we didn't do a full remaster from scratch, we did make some changes specifically for the CD version and we think it sounds fantastic!

We're also proud of how the artwork came together! We were trying to figure out how much of that art to show versus how much to leave as a surprise. For now, we've opted not to share more than you can see above. But we are really excited about it!

We haven't talked about our CD release of Chipsurf Pipeline in a bit, but it's a thing! We had to tweak things a bit (and will be updating the 10th Anniv release too) but I think it's basically there. So expect more news soon!

For now, here's a teaser of what the back of the jewel case might look like.

We're finally almost done with remastering the whole album so expect more frequent single drops as we prep for the full album release with this next one being one of the songs off the original 7", The Genesis Machine (the other being Tsunami Gaiden). The 7" will continue to be available in its original form but we are looking at trying to perhaps cut another record to commemorate the anniversary of Chipsurf Pipeline. If we do it, we'll want to go whole hog and go for a full LP release. We'll see. If interested do let us know!

We've been focused on getting the remaster done but are still working on our yet to be named industrial styled album and will be getting back to that very soon.

For the remaster, we didn't just "make it louder" - instead we spent some time reworking the guitars a bit, using a more modern mastering suite, and even bounced it to reel to reel Capture 914 tape to give it a bit more analog juice. The end result is one where we like both the original and this version, for different reasons. This version does sound a bit more "modern" and whole. The original has more of a lo-fi dare we say demo sound to it.

We just finished remastering Yakuza, another song off Chipsurf Pipeline to continue and commemorate the 10th anniversary. Just like when we originally wrote the album, we'll be releasing the songs as singles as we finish them, complete with their own album covers just like before.
