Wilfrid LChilli bean paste is yum and one I found online is fermented soy bean with chilli and is yum.
But I've bought a paste from Camden and it's a broad bean and chilli paste and I don't know what it's like.
But part of me thinks it might actually be the fermented bean stuff but the labelling isn't entirely clear. It's a product of China and the translations on such products aren't always as informative as they could be.
But maybe it's something else entirely. I don't know. I'm going to have to try it and see what it is.
