We were in upstate New York today, so we figured: why not check out Cheez-It’s pop-up restaurant? So, we drove up to Woodstock and went to The Cheez-In Diner.

We stood in line for nearly three hours, and the food was only okay. It was about the fun and ridiculousness of it. A Cheez-It cracker bar. Your photo in a Cheez-It convertible. A milkshake made with Cheez-Its. A jukebox that’s been modified to accept crackers instead of money (really!).

If you want to go, they’re open 4:00 PM to midnight tomorrow (Sunday) and that’s their last day. They stopped letting people onto the grounds at 8:00 PM sharp, so don’t get there late.
