• Like I as a German should not have much of an understanding on "#HabeasCorpus" or it's history going back to the Civil War in England but even here we got an equivalent as in anyone detained has a right to face a judge within 24 hours and the right to appeal said detainment legally.

Anything else is legalized #ForcedDisappearance, because in a working system, the State has to justify why it restricts or suspends freedoms and has to face scrutiny for that.

• But I guess the #Trump-#Regime doesn't give a shit about #HumanRights, #CivilRights #ChecksAndBalanves as well as #RuleOfLaw.

Otherwise we might just not bother with #Democracy at all!
