Heard that the 5000+ year old Chapelizod Neolithic Dolman has been damaged by heavy machinery getting too close. Thankfully the OPW are going to repair it. Here it is in happier times. #Chapelizod

This was once a thicket of trees from which you could hear birds singing. Obviously we can't have that in Dublin, so Dublin City Council or the OPW cut it down along with wiping out every hedgerow and thicket in the same area as well as on the other side of the Liffey as a January surprise.
