"The first human received an implant from
#Neuralink yesterday and is recovering well. Initial results show promising neuron spike detection."- quote

This Neuralink is an interesting discovery related to experimentation with neuronal electrical circuit (Neuralink Begins First Human Experiments by

#Neuralink and scientists have been quick to provide constructive feedback that safety, transparency and scientific rigor is needed with Neuralink (Neuralink brain chip: advance sparks safety and secrecy concerns https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-024-00550-6 and AI & robotics briefing https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-024-00375-3

#ElonMusk you are one of my favorite heros in science/humanities and you're wise enough to know that this review from scientists is not to stop his technology but its to make it better. For indeed, we scientists and everyone for that matter, are all proud of you for yet again accomplishing the impossible with Neuralink, we only want to make Neuralink better. I believe in the quote 'if you're not part of the solution, you're the problem', so Sir I would like to be part of the solution for your Neuralink. I am open to employment globally, I’m a gold standard scientist and a digital nomad. I have extensive experience in neuroscience in addition to other knowledge domains. Sorry no offense, but the models already used in Neuralink such as pig, were not developed with sufficient scientific rigor, and this is what need to be fixed first. Ergo, the first thing that I can do is I can make a simple in vivo nervous system model for Neuralink using C.elegans or Drosophila etc which only a few neuons (The Drosophila Larval Locomotor Circuit Provides a Model to Understand Neural Circuit Development and Function

#CellPress #Elsevier https://www.cell.com/current-biology/fulltext/S0960-9822(15)00336-X). Then I will develop more complex models i.e. I can develop a human in vitro model for Neuralink using brain organoids and organ-on-chip or brain-on-chip models (Patient-Derived Organoids in Precision Medicine

#MIT https://biology.mit.edu/our-gut-brain-connection and How ‘Organs on a Chip’ Will Revolutionize Medicine
#NationalGeographic https://www.nationalgeographic.com/magazine/article/further-health-organ-chip-biomedical-testing). Next step, what about in vitro and in vivo organ model for humans? You suggested (youtube link above) that Neuralink has potentil to cure blindness. The eye is the most accessible part of the central nervous system (unlike other sensory organs eye has same origin like the brain during development so its a great model organ to eventually get into the brain) and as during my PhD I worked on eye, I am a great fit for this work.
