Today's #CarFreeTravel - ecycle from home to work, do a shift, ecycle work to band, do a rehearsal, ecycle home.

About 14 miles. All very pleasurable.

Here's an important thing about pedal assist #Ebikes - yes they give less exercise per mile than an unassisted bike, but you're far more likely to use one regularly and use it for longer distances, so therefore overall for many users they tend to give more exercise.

Today in #CarFreeTravel - walked 1 mile to/round/from the local park, e-cycled 5 miles each way to/from a rehearsal, now on the tram to work (not cycling as pub afterwards).
