NASA astrophysics, commercial satellites launch on SpaceX rideshare mission

A SpaceX Falcon 9 launched a trio of NASA astrophysics small satellites along with dozens of commercial spacecraft on a rideshare mission Jan. 11.

This mission includes another custom fairing on Electron designed to work with the dimensions of @capellaspace’s Acadia payload. It’s the second custom fairing in a row across our Electron launches, demonstrating our flexibility in tailoring to our customer’s launch requirements.
