Frage mich dabei, ob es Absprachen gibt, im Sinne von: „Wenn das mit deinem #Visa, nichts wird - wir haben weiter einen Platz für dich.“ Dieser Gamble zwischen - doch noch ein mögliches Supertalent im Team zu haben & unnötig freizuhaltendem #CapSpace - das ist was ich u.a. meinte mir „freidrehen“.
