The things in the #economy keeping me worried:
Very inverted #yieldcurve across the board (3M/1Y/2Y inverted to the 10Y Treasuries)
Spread between #RealEstate #CapRates and the 10 year disappearing. I think there is going to be at least a moderate decline in asset values very soon, as that spread seems unlikely to stay that way, and Cap Rate will start to go up.
