tonight I prepared a recipe from the current (Jan/Feb 2024) issue of #CanadianLiving. On the third read I saw that the ingredients called for wine, but the directions omitted the wine. I put the wine in with the other ingredients used in the direction step, but I wonder if Canadian Living editors meant for me to mellow out while the ingredients bake in the oven.
