I spent a great morning volunteering as a course marshal at the #CanadaCup #MTB National Championships in Kentville, #NovaScotia. After a sleepless night full of thunder and lightning, we were treated to some great MTB racing by some of the best riders in the country.
There's more of the same tomorrow (Sunday) and the weather looks much better now than it did this morning! But please - take heed of the many road closures due to the flooding in the province and spare a thought for those affected. #NSStrong

I'm off in the morning to volunteer as a course marshal for the Canada Cup MTB races here in Kentville, #NovaScotia. The weather forecast sort of sucks, but hopefully we'll have some good racing and I'll uphold my end of the bargain.

Same thing again on Sunday so I hope we're able to get some dry weather over the weekend. Wish us and the riders luck! #MTB #CanadaCup
