I called it the #CampaignFinanceFraud case for a reason.
He was convicted *this year* in the State of NY. They weren't even able to BRING the case until he left office. And he was charged & #convicted for things he did BEFORE he became president.
I can't think of a single aspect of this case that took place DURING his presidency that could (now) be ruled immune from discovery.
T**** WAS NOT PRESIDENT WHEN HE PAID #HushMoney TO A PORN STAR.
AND HE'S NOT POTUS *NOW*.
THERE IS *NO* JUSTIFICATION for delaying sentencing in his #CampaignFinanceFraud conviction. If so, ANY criminal can avoid sentencing just by running for President. I'll take #OldAndFeebleOverEvil 8 days a week. #MeetThePress #MeetTheRepublicans
