Drumming minutae: I cracked my Istanbul "pre-split"* crash/ride cymbal a while back (and then had it repaired and it eventually cracked again). I really loved that cymbal, and I have been keeping an eye on Reverb for similar specimens. I have never seen one till yesterday, when there were two of them! So I bought one. Hopefully the right one!

* pre-split refers to the period before Istanbul cymbals split into two separate companies.
