@steadilyebbing I still think that demaning any police background check is bad because it's flawed at best and incomplete at most as a metric.
And I think it's unfair to yeet someone as a candidate because they got convicted of something ages ago - or they exercise their human right to privacy - as it doesn't say anything if said candidate fits in a role.
I'd likely pass any security clearance with flying colours, but that doesn't me a good #Windows + #CSCM admin.
