It's always been cost and the fact that any half-decent #PBX rejected Faxes without #CLIP / using #CLIR because the whole point of a #Fax was verifyable sender and reciever!

  • Unlike #eMail where sending a billion #Spam costs almost nothing sending even a million faxes paid in advance could easily pay for an apartment if not house mortgage!
