Chris PaduanCal PUC: We need to remove state incentives to rooftop solar because it's causing rates to rise and that's unfair to poor people who can't afford to install solar.
Also Cal PUC: We're letting PG&E raise rates $400/yr on average to pay for grid upgrades even though we let them not upgrade their grid for decades and send the money back to shareholders.
Me to wife: I really hate the PUC sometimes. Mostly when I think about them.
