One (of many) tough things about times like this — when governments & Courts are in chaos — is so much is simply *not known*.

The watchword of activism lately is “overreact, Chicken Little style”. ∃ a *lot* of acorns falling & we're all getting hit in the head constantly. They'll be more. But the sky isn't falling; we just have some extremely wealthy opponents to defeat.
