It's #FathersDay, so why not shout-out some #anime featuring fathers?

#UsagiDrop #BunnyDrop Is forever a favorite of mine. (Just... don't read the manga.) The premise sounds pretty wacky: 30-some guy attends his grandfathers funeral, but finds out he was getting it on with his caretaker and had a child. No one is willing to take care of her, so our main character steps in and says he'll do it. This is #SliceOfLife at its purest.

Just over one year ago, I reviewed the Usagi Drop anime series and explained why, despite liking it, I did not include it in an earlier post of recommended anime series from 2011-2020. While the anime itself is charming, there are some... issues... with events in the underlying source material after what the anime covered.
