Banana bread snickerdoodles from #StellaParks #BraveTart cookbook. Having not made her regular snickerdoodle yet, not sure how these measure up in terms of the texture, but flavorwise these are great.

I feel like the dough was rather loose, even for a snickerdoodle, and so I sprinkled the cinnamon -sugar rather than rolled.

I had to do a tiny bit of subbing as I was low on coconut oil, but I also wonder if I overbaked them just a touch. Again, minor details, would make again.
