This is going to be my tinkering machine when I’m away from #WOzFest HQ between WOzFests. Between it and my (yet to have repairs finished) IIc, I’ll have an easier time playing to Apple ][ stuff in my cramped one-bedroom unit, including wanting to get back into playing with the FujiNet.

I’ll post a separate thread some time soon about some of my experimentation with the machine in general, as well as a few different types of interface cards in Slot 5.

By the way, I wasn’t gentle enough with the power supply and broke a blade off! Probably for the best. Have a PSU which will charge the battery, and I’ll pick up a replacement 12V 3.5+A one tomorrow.

A few loose ends – there _is_ a RESET button/key - pressing Fn-R or the RESET button does the usual CTRL-RESET.

They ran a test print from the built-in printer interface and included it with the manual, which I also show the front page of (it’s downloadable from the site I linked to earlier).

It *is* a Book – a BOOK ][ Plus, in fact – a portable Apple ][+ clone, which has a battery! And it’s quite a chonky boi!

The plastic/foam wrapped items are a power supply and a joystick. Will have to do my semi-regular unofficial PSU conversion for the local outlets, as least it can handle 240V – and I wasn’t expecting the joystick! Bonus! 🕹️ 🔌

The gap above the keyboard is for an internal floppy emulator (not included/sold separately).
