@naomilawsonjacobs I just wonder how they came up with October for #BlindAwarenessMonth were they like ‘well the phrase blind as a bat is big right now and it does get darker earlier in the evenings and you know it has Halloween so yer let’s make blind awareness month October blind as a bat and all that it all work’. 😂

*most bats actually have quite good vision at night.
