I wrote up my @blackpythondevs Leadership Summit talk as a blog post this morning during my co-writing session with @sabderemane
I wasn't able to give this talk due to a delayed flight which was a major bummer.
I do feel like I captured some positive community organizing traits and would love to know where people agree and disagree.

I want to personally thank #BlackPythonDevs for being #PyConZA2024 's first opportunity grant sponsor. There will be some more official comms about them later on so stay tuned to all things PyConZA.
I've spoken before about how much conferences have impacted my life. Thanks to BlackPythonDevs, we get to open a few more doors and bring a few more people into the community.
Thank you!
I have been part of the @blackpythondevs tech book club, and I have to say, I'm so sad to miss the last session of @adamchainz 's Django DX book ππ but excited for the next book!
@veldakiara gave a really nice review on the book if you want a taste of it, I definitely agree. You should read it.
Thank you Adam for writing it π
Countdown begins! Just one week left to apply for the Black Python Devs Open Source Program. Don't miss out on this opportunity.
