In the first release of #BilouAdventure solo anniversary level (http://sylvainhb.blogspot.com/2013/10/20-ans.html), I had to use a caption on the blog post so that players would know they need to break one "barrier" to keep going.

Later revision replaced it with a chalk, that can break if you fall from high enough. But that wasn't properly explained to player either.

My current #gamedev project is #BilouDreamland, (http://sylvainhb.blogspot.com/search/label/dreamland?updated-max=2020-03-16T20:42:00%2B01:00), starring the same character than #BilouSchoolRush, featuring 4 different worlds to travel (including environment from #BilouGreenZone and #InfinitePyramid) in a linear adventure with a scope and length drawing inspiration from the original Kirby's Dreamland on Game Boy.

Oh, and it has to feature true boss fights or my son will disapprove.

I plan to include as much of the levels designed for #BilouAdventure as possible.

30 years ago (ouch), my bro and a friend started designing a grand platformer video game: Bilou's adventure. When I use #BilouAdventure, this is what I relate to.
I tried making it in BASIC, and stopped in world 2-1.
