Today I learned about the pudendal nerve and cyclist’s syndrome. Prolonged pressure from bicycle seats can cause numbness, pain and burning “down there.” The resulting nerve damage can cause GI problems, incontinence, and erectile dysfunction.
Solutions? Use a saddle with cutouts or pressure-relief channels, lower the seat, or tilt it slightly downwards, or get out of the saddle more often.

I was looking at a "giddy up" bike seat on craigslist but the seller didnt have much to say about it and the mfgs website did say much plus no good path to get there plus the city, Los Gatos, CA USA has poor bike infrastructure so even getting around once there would have taken all day.
