Tuesday (day 7) I rode downtown and caught a bus up the hill to the Westside for a nice gravel ride. It was a beautiful day, with sun filtering through the trees and some small lingering puddles on the paths from the previous day’s rain.

Today (Monday, day 6) was another commute to school with my kid. I remembered his water bottle this time and so only made the round tip twice. We just barely missed the raid both times, which was nice, but also means that I’ll need another opportunity to check that box on the bingo card. Feeling about 90% better.

For day one of the #BicycleCommunityChallenge my partner and I took a ride down to go see the llamas that live nearby. There was only one out, and they didn’t seem to interested in us, so no photo.

I’m not affiliated with Intercity Transit (who runs the BCC), but I do think that it’s pretty cool. Since I ride my bike all the time anyway, I try to find fun challenges for myself. Last year I rode to all of the stations on bike to work day, which was great (and I plan on doing so again this year, it was a blast). This year, I put together a bingo card to share with folks. I’ll plan on posting it later today.

I’m also going to take some inspiration from @BarbChamberlain and post about my rides every day.
