MWB Two Ltd are applying for planning again via Cork City Council No:2241568 for apartments at #Bessboro that will overlook a very peaceful place that has become the unofficial memorial for the women & children that died. Children were buried in this area and others but the Govt has refused to do a thorough investigation that may help identify the burial place of 859 missing babies. #bessborough #MotherAndBabyHomes #BessboroBabies

#introduction: In 1994 I moved from London to Cork, this event caused my mother to tell me that she had a baby in the Sacred Hearts Convent at #Bessboro in 1960.She explained how she nearly died &how her healthy baby William became poorly. My mothers pleas to get him medical help were ignored &he consequently died at 6 weeks.The fight for #Justice for William& the other children that died goes on.The burial place of 859 #BessboroBabies is unknown. #MotherAndBabyHomes #MyRecordsMyRight #Survivors
