The #KuKluxKlan in #Natchez, MS, wanted to kill #MartinLutherKingJr, so on #ThisDayInHistory in 1966, to lure him in, they killed #BenChesterWhite, the #Black caretaker of a plantation where he'd lived all his life and where his grandparents had been slaves. They escaped justice.
