Tower Rais in Barrhead just outside Glasgow. Built in a castellated Tudor stye in the 1870s, it was first occupied by the owners of the Clark Thread Company, and then later by John Dove, who owned the Great Eastern Hotel in Glasgow.
I've had a quick look around, but I've been unable to locate a sculptor for it. In some sources, it's identified as a statue of Justice donated by Mrs Margaret Pollock Glen of Carlibar. However, this is clearly not a statue of justice. Instead, this seems to related to a relief sculpture directly over the door rather than this one on the balcony.

Love this statue on a balcony of the 1904 Barrhead Court Hall, just to the south of Glasgow. It depicts a town crier reading out a proclamation. While it's a bit faded, you can see the stonework has been painted to make it more life-like. It's really quite a playful statue, and unlike most other architectural sculptures in and around Glasgow.

The former Burgh Court Hall in Barrhead on the outskirts of Glasgow. It was designed by McWhannell and Rogerson in a Free Scots Renaissance style and was built in 1904. It has some rather wonderful sculptures, including one of a town crier reading a proclamation from a balcony on the corner tower.
Ever since I moved to Scotland and have been using the trains more I’ve been wondering why there was no station in that area. 😊
