Michael McKeeLooks like #baltimore #maryland will be experiencing population growth in the next few years, mostly from renters. Together with the fall in murders, this is pretty good news. If the Land Value Tax bill passes there's a chance that the Mayor might use it, since one of the motives discussed by #BaltPOP and others is to incentivize apartments/shops to fill vacant lots in busy and healthy parts of the city. Bmore could follow the trajectory of Pittsburgh.
