Shaukat Buledi was born on August 8, 1976, in Minaz, Buleda. His mother’s name was Hair Bibi, and his father’s name was Muhammad Usman. Shaukat was a dedicated member of the Baloch National Movement (BNM). He devoted his life to the struggle for Balochistan’s freedom and passed away in exile on October 4, 2025.
