Got some warm socks, hats, gloves, or scarves lying around that you don’t use anymore? 🧦🧤🧣

It’s time to give them a new life!

We warmly invite you to our Küfa next Wednesday, November 19, from 7pm at K19 Kneipe (Kreutziger Straße 19).

Bring your winter items so we can pass them on to people in need during our weekly food distribution routes in Friedrichshain and Lichtenberg.

(Please no clothes or larger items 🙏)

We’ll cook something delicious for you — rumor has it there’s one-pot pasta on the menu 👀🍝

All donations from this week’s Küfa will go to  @grenzwertig_ev  grenzwertig e.V., a group building hygiene infrastructure for people on the move.

We are pleased to introduce you to a person from the Alice Salomon University Berlin (ASH) who will provide insights into the organisation ‘ASH unkürzbar’ (ASH unabridged).

Together with you, we want to discuss what the resistance to cuts in the science budget shows and what strategies for long-term organisation can be derived from it.

At ASH, employees, professors and students have joined forces to fight back and have simultaneously founded GEW and ver.di workplace groups.

We would like to discuss with you how such trade union structures work, what they mean for joint struggles, and how we can learn from the experiences at ASH for our own organisations.
