Make sure to bring your instruments and/or your voices to be part of our cute jam circle. TDoR is a time where we mourn the siblings we lost this year. From sorrow to anger to resistance. we cordially invite you to the second screening of our documentary film ‘48 Days’.

The film tells the story of the 48-day strike at CFM in Berlin from the perspective of workers of Turkish origin. 💜

The employees of CFM, a subsidiary of Charité, fought under the slogan ‘Equal pay for equal work’.

Workers of Turkish origin were at the forefront of this struggle. We wanted to highlight their courage and solidarity – and that's how ‘48 Days’ came about.

The film tells their story in their own words, recounting their resistance, their fight for decent working conditions and their solidarity.

The screening will be followed by a discussion with representatives of the striking workers of Turkish origin, the strike organising team and the film crew.

We look forward to an evening of exchange and solidarity.

wir laden euch herzlich zur zweiten Vorführung unseres Dokumentarfilms „48 Tage” ein.

Der Film erzählt die Geschichte des 48-tägigen Streiks bei der CFM in Berlin aus der Perspektive türkeistämmiger Arbeiterinnen. 💜

Die Beschäftigten der CFM, einer Tochterfirma der Charité, kämpften unter dem Motto „Gleicher Lohn für gleiche Arbeit”.

Türkeistämmige Arbeiterinnen standen dabei in der ersten Reihe. Ihren Mut und ihre Solidarität wollten wir sichtbar machen – so entstand „48 Tage“.

Der Film erzählt mit ihren eigenen Stimmen vom Widerstand, vom Kampf für würdige Arbeitsbedingungen und vom Zusammenhalt.

Im Anschluss an die Vorführung findet ein Gespräch mit Vertreter:innen der streikenden türkeistämmigen Arbeiterinnen, des Streik-Organisationsteams und des Filmteams statt.

Wir freuen uns auf einen gemeinsamen Abend voller Austausch und gelebter Solidarität.

What connections did the NSU have to Berlin? How did a Strausberg cross-front Nazi become chairman of the Berlin NPD? Why did Berlin neo-Nazis fight over ‘only 8’ lettering? Was the attack at Ostkreuz the first of its kind? Why are neo-Nazis in Berlin so (ir)relevant right now? And what does all this have to do with Antifa?

The lecture takes a detailed look at the various developments in the Berlin neo-Nazi scene over the past 35 years, describes strategies and campaigns, and uses selected individuals to show how knowledge is passed on within the scene.

It will also cover electoral successes, attacks and murders, and the whole thing will be embedded in the context of contemporary history.

Finally, we want to discuss ways of fighting back.

Welche Verbindungen hatte der NSU nach Berlin? Wie wurde ein Strausberger Querfront- Nazi Berliner NPD-Vorsitzender? Warum prügelten sich Berliner Neonazis wegen „nur 8′′- Schriftzügen? War der Angriff am Ostkreuz der erste dieser Art? Warum sind Neonazis in Berlin gerade so (ir) relevant? Und was hat das alles mit der Antifa zu tun?

Der Vortrag wirft einen ausführlichen Blick auf die unterschiedlichsten Entwicklungen der Berliner Neonaziszene in den vergangenen 35 Jahren, beschreibt Strategien und Kampagnen und zeigt an ausgewählten Personen, wie Wissensweitergabe in der Szene funktioniert.

Es soll darüber hinaus um die Wahlerfolge, Angriffe und auch Morde gehen und das Ganze wird in den zeitgeschichtlichen Kontext eingebettet.

Zum Schluss wollen wir über Möglichkeiten der Gegenwehr diskutieren.

Last year, there were 464 femicides in Germany, and the trend is rising!

For this reason, 25 November is designated as the day each year to raise awareness of the increasing violence against women.

In preparation for this day, we will be crafting together at the Regenbogencafé on 18 November from 5:30 p.m.

To take a stand against violence against women, we would like to embroider scarves together and be there for each other.

Come along, no one has to be alone! ❤️‍🔥
