We’ve been told our apartment building in Auckland’s Eden Terrace wasn’t hit too hard with the flooding (which is great!). Waiting on some pics from building management of our storage locker to make sure there’s no major damage. Anyone in #Auckland on here able to speak anecdotally to the scene in Eden Terrace specifically (Basque Park area)?
Zooming in on the most recent data from the water level gauge in the Oratia Stream at Millbrook Road reveals what may be a minor surge from the reported dam failure in the Cochran Stream tributary.

It remains in service.

It appears to have started making partially sane readings during Friday's flood peaking with a reading of 2.134939 kilometres at 7:20pm before failing at 11:03pm.
It remains out of service.
