IF "Special Prosecutors" are #Unconstitutional, then HOW does one prosecute a sitting or former president for crimes?

If the appointment of #ArchieCox (Nixon) or #KenStarr (Bill Clinton) were unconstitutional, I want #Republicans to come out and say so (and apologize to Bill Clinton.) 🤔
