It's a clever choice b/c it can reach people who refuse to engage directly with politics but who can be persuaded to vote. It's a friendly way to introduce PROJECT 2025.
It's also useful with folks who've had their doubts about the RW movement who consider calling them fascists rather harsh.
It's easily adopted by the non-political lay person because of it's clear and ruthless link to easily defined #AntiDemocratic, #AntiWomen, and #AntiSecular actions and statements.

What they fail to acknowledge is that the protests are not against #India, but against an #AntiDemocratic #AntiSecular #AntiConstitutional India that the current government is trying to build. The protests are to #ReclaimIndia that we love.
