Designed to fit directly onto your Ankarsrum Assistent Original mixer, the Ankarsrum ice-cream attachment fits to your mixer in place of the usual mixing bowl. The ice-cream maker can make up to 700g ice-cream at one time (best results a little lower at 5-600g). The booklet included gives you a basic recipe and method to get started. Complete with outer bowl, bowl holder, freezer bowl, mixing paddle, lid and freezer bowl lid. Cleaning: All parts should be handwashed.
