25-05-2021 #noloveinit Help @mcdonalds de transitie naar een plantaardig voedselsysteem te maken door de petitie van @animal_rebellion UK te ondertekenen en te delen (link in bio) ✊🌿 Met deze petitie vragen ze McDonald's de transitie naar een plantaardig voedselsysteem te maken en een volledig plantaardig menu voor 2025 te beloven. Volgens een EAT-Lancet report uit 2019 moeten we onze vlees consumptie met minimaal 90% verminderen om een wereldbevolking van 10 miljard te kunnen voeden. Deze transitie vereist urgente actie van overheden en bedrijven. De veehouderij en visserij zijn voor 80% verantwoordelijk voor de ontbossing in het Amazonegebied, en McDonald's is een van de bedrijven die zijn producten uit illegaal ontboste Amazonegebied haalt. We moeten nu handelen, en McDonald's moet het voortouw gaan nemen.
