A new day… but not a beautiful morning.
I wake up to the same exhaustion, the same pain, the same endless struggle.
I am completely worn out…
Hand-washing heavy winter clothes has drained all the strength from my hands.
Washing dishes on the ground has left my back in constant pain.
Running every day just to collect drinking water has become unbearable…
And cooking over fire… the smoke is suffocating my chest and making everything worse.
Every part of my body is hurting.
Every day, I feel like I need treatment… rest… a chance to live like a human being.

Many say winter is over, but they don’t realize that what’s coming is not any easier…
Here in the tents, we don’t only fear the cold of winter—we are now facing a harsh summer ahead: extreme heat, insects, snakes, and suffering that is just as painful.
