Looks like we finally found a contractor to fix the drywall in my ceiling ( @DuchessWillow @EnchantrixBrighton ) - didn't find them through #AngiesList - all those contractors were trying to rip us off. Found them through #Yelp. Estimate is THOUSANDS less than the three AngiesList contractors.

We have a $1000 deductible on the Home Owner's insurance but the Home Owner's insurance won't cover the higher estimates fully so the difference would have been out of pocket.
