Finding the idea that Trump can be expected to hold to some principle or set of values (beside "More $$$, more power for Donald") unbelievable.

Yet that is what #TuckerCarlson is promoting in public with #AmericanIsolationist talk.

Thinking the purpose of Tucker's blather is to create a plausible "reason" for Trump not to bomb Iran.

Putin AIUI does not want Iran bombed.
Nor UKR aided.
Nor CA and Greenland invaded.
Nor harsh sanctions against Russia over peace-talks.

#AmericanIsolationist speak about the #Wars that America involves itself in.

The article takes a different approach and looks at many US actions that corporations would have been eager to have happen.

The writer uses "we" frequently - as if "we" were the residents of the USA. It's jarring frankly when "we" in foreign policy discussions so often refers to the power elite, the military industrial complex.
