di Giordano Cotichelli Chi guarda le immagini dall’alto dell’alluvione, avutasi nella notte fra il 16 e il 17 settembre, vede una lunga striscia marrone che taglia la vallata del Misa per arrivare al mare all’altezza di Senigallia dove, come una macchia d’inchiostro si spande attorno alla foce. Il restringersi del fiume nell’attraversare la città marchigiana, quasi fosse un imbuto, unito alla resistenza opposta alla forza dello stesso dall’Adriatico, che in pratica ha fatto quasi da tappo, ha peggiorato l’azione delle acque ingrossate dalla pioggia e cariche di tonnellate di detriti.
