This is Rusty the Seagull's new favorite hangout. Rusty is from Central California and just recently moved to the Washington area. Instead of dust, blaring sun, oil wells and road rage, Rusty gets four seasons, dramatic skies, trees and water. Rusty be a happy seagull!
