Watching last week’s #AllCreatures and suddenly there’s Emma Thompson, somehow looking younger than she did in 1995? So I look up the cast, and sure enough, that’s Emma’s daughter. But it’s so disconcerting trying to convince my brain that she’s not Emma. It’s not just that she’s wearing Emma’s face, but every expression and tilt of the head. Clone Club for days. Holy shit. Her genome was like “Cheers Dad, but I’m good. Going on all in on Mum, actually.”

It looks like All Creatures Great and Small season 5 is gradually and mostly out from the paywall right now in the States, leading up the season 6 premiere on January 11
