#AlexStein99 came up with "Gayz for Palestine" and he interviewed Neten-bloody-yahu himself, and #Bibi (dedicatedly adverse to saying the P word) suggested "gays for Gaza" then this somehow escalated to "Homos for Hamas"

But that probably wasn't the first instance, I found a similar thing in a crass Swedish sketch comedy show from 2009.
