The #GetPantheon dashboard has some good #AlertBanners. I like how you can cycle between the different alerts, and how only the notices are dismissible, while the emergency alert is not.

The only big problem is that the non-visible banner is still accessible via screenreader when hidden, and links from one banner can be selected when looking at the other.

Apparently, if the world ends, I am going to be going to my death exasperated that #wikipedia is using tables for layout in its notification banners.
