I struggle with my #settler heritage, but I do admire a great many things about my #scottish side. Both my #paternal great grandparents emigrated from #scotland. They were brave, tough people, and I know I inherited a lot of their stubborn determination.

I've always loved the #bagpipes, and hope to see Scotland one day.

We have been in #Scotland for more than a week now and have been absolutely blown away by the beauty, amazing people, and the urge to want to go completely feral and sell it all to move here. Seriously-'southern hospitality' has nothing on Scottish hospitality!

I can't decide what is helping to make me feel stronger: the multiple walks each day or the IrnBru that I get with my lunch (after a strong tea w/breakfast)?

Scottish #Labour are beginning to accept the idea of independence | The National

Warming too, but members like myself are emailing en-masse urging them to make a push NOW.

Some are only for #indyref2 and not Independence. NOT good enough.

We will keep pushing for them to change to a full Independence stance. We're planning on forcing a vote on it.
