#NYbased luxury service firm #SkyHarbour LLC will pay city up to $78k a month once #AircraftHangar #construction is complete, and hopes to host over 100 aircraft. Many #privateplanes are currently sent to park in nearby #Nevada and #Arizona and even #Utah sites to avoid higher #California taxes, but #SkyHarbour investors see opportunity and already own two other "Home Base Operator" hangar sites in the state, including #SiliconValley.

#LBC will be the third location the company will have in California, and nineteenth total in the U.S., with other busy already operating #SkyHarbour private jet #aviation hubs with similar storage sites in Nashville, Houston, Denver, Miami, Seattle and Phoenix, amongst others.
