No more #tomatoes for me ever. I'm going to be super diligent on what I eat now that I know what was triggering my #hemorrhoids. Ofcourse they can flare up from time to time on their own from other issues. But if I can do something to stay away from that until I finally hang my shoes, then I'll be happy.
