Today is #PIPlanning. I am always amazed how well this seemingly chaotic dance ends with our teams having a plan for what to do in the coming 12 weeks.
As a product manager, I now mostly observe and advise. And yet this is always exciting and somewhat stressful to wait and see what plan arises.
Still, I know from experience that those plans have a much greater chance of becoming reality than anything I could design on my own!
